Arcadium Lithium Issues Regulatory Update and Announces Shareholder Approval of Rio Tinto Transaction

Update on Regulations

At the time of this release, the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 had been satisfied or waived in the United States, Canada, China, and Australia. The UK has also fulfilled its investment screening requirements.

Subject to the receipt of all necessary regulatory clearances and other closing conditions, the proposed deal is still projected to close in mid-2025.
